We stayed for 2 night and liked our stay. It was absolutely perfect to everything we required.

Rooms were really hot.

Its location was particularly good, right by the beaches, Chichester and the other activities & interests, and Chichester Harbour and the coast. Melanie made everything for all of us.

It had a perfect setting close to the grounds of farmhouse, Chichester Harbour and the other activities. I enjoyed available an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating.

It was secure to everything we required.

The Boat House is a stylish and spacious 1-bedroom annex with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the WiFi, TV, and shower worked well, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. the outside dining area with a BBQ was a nice touch, and having a washing machine was convenient. the location is great for exploring the area by car and is just a short drive from Chichester.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

We had a fantastic time at the Boat House. the coded gate and keys at the annex made us feel secure, and the host greeted us warmly despite our late arrival. the apartment itself was perfect for our needs, with a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. It felt bright and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the small terrace outside the kitchen/dining room. the location, nestled within beautiful grounds close to a majestic mansion, was peaceful and serene. the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, attending to our every need with exceptional speed. We were even provided with fresh eggs from the chickens, a delightful touch. With garden furniture, a BBQ, and loungers offering stunning views of the property and gardens, we couldn't have asked for more. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! .

The peace and tranquility of the location made it a perfect getaway. The host, Melanie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the seating area outside. Plus, the fresh eggs from the chickens were a delightful touch.

The sofa was small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax and watch TV. Additionally, the distance from the City Centre was a bit far for our liking.

The Boat House had everything we could want - peaceful and quiet but still close to everything. The local pub was only a short walk away and the lovely farm shop nearby offered a delicious breakfast. The coded gate and keys at the annex provided added security, and the fresh eggs from the chickens were a delightful touch. The hosts were there to greet us despite our late arrival, which was a very nice touch. it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was warm and cosy in winter and would be airy in summer with a nice outside space.

We felt so welcome and had no complaints at all.

The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom modern, and the kitchen fully equipped. The apartment felt bright and airy, with a lovely terrace to relax on. The host was incredibly friendly and quickly resolved any issues. If we travel to the south of England again, we would love to stay here!

It would have been great to have a plug with USB ports and a slightly bigger sofa for a longer stay.
